  Small coffee shop in Cirencester which serves lovely coffee and good food if required. Have been to this coffee shop on a few occasions and if your like me a big fan of coffee you won't be disappointed. As well as selling flavoured coffee's, hand made chocolates and other gifts are available to buy. Food looks very nice here (although I haven't tried some yet) but you can sit inside to drink and eat or sit in the small courtyard at the rear of the shop. Staff are welcoming and friendly and we'll worth a visit if your in town. Well recomended

  Absolutely appalling service if there was an option for zero stars I would give it. Upon being served freezing cold pancakes i told the waitress who apologised and took the pancakes away. To our disappointed we were given the same pancakes again that had just been stuck in the microwave. We asked for refund after this and the waitress seamed happy to adhere. Overhearing a conversation between her and the chef was bad customer service as the chef stated loudly that they are not having a refund. After this we were greeted by the chef who said I've been told your pancakes were cold but I checked them myself I explained that our pancakes were freezing cold and that we don't expect to pay £25 bill for microwaved food. Her response was they come frozen and that's the only way they can be served. We got our refund in the end but never in my life have I met such a rude member of staff. How embarrassing to start a dispute infront of customers. Plus why would anyone want re heated pancakes for that price it's not hard to cook them.
